We are thrilled to welcome the superb Folk Roots Festival to the Kelmarsh Show this Easter Bank Holiday.

Featuring some of the finest Folk, Jazz and Blues musicians from around the country, visitors are sure to be up on their feet as they listen to some show-stopping sounds!

On the Sunday of the Kelmarsh Show, the Folk Roots Festival welcomes the Jake Leg Jug Band, who bring a bit of the 20s and 30s to the stage! With Jazz, Blues, Gospel and Ragtime on their playlist, this good-time band promise good-time music and lots of fun too.

Flashback Photograph will also be performing on the Monday. Regulars on the UK festival scene, this terrific upbeat folk-rock band from Peterborough are likened to Mumford & Sons and are sure to get lots of feet tapping!

Award-winning folk duo, Elizabeth & Jameson are rising stars in the UK acoustic music scene. Merging traditional folk and folk pop/rock, the duo offer simplicity and classic song writing at its very best and are one to check out!

Sunday’s offering is pretty impressive too. The Rants will be performing to visitors and bringing their new multi-genre, multi-instrumental acoustics, whilst serving up a fabulous musical gumbo drawn from Blues, Folk and Americana roots.

If Celtic music is more your thing, Govannen are one of the finest good-time Celtic music dance bands in the UK. Blending jigs and reels with traditional and contemporary Irish songs, this popular and award-winning band are great fun and highly entertaining.

Navaro will also be performing on the Monday of the Show, bringing their original and appealing music with a Folk and Country twist, a fabulous trio of musicians that really are not to be missed!
